Join a dynamic and collaborative Fintech as an Accounting Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and developing the accounting function. This position involves a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the Accounting and Treasury functions
- Ensure accuracy in daily accounting tasks and month-end closing processes
- Consolidate group results and ensure timely reporting
- Oversee payroll and salary management support
- Prepare and submit financial and tax reports to relevant authorities
- Lead the annual reporting and audit processes
- Engage in various ad hoc projects and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with K3 accounting standards
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English
- Experience with Fortnox (nice to have)
