A Leading insurer is looking to add a highly skilled Annuity Actuary to their expanding team. This individual will play a key role within the Actuarial Department.
What you will be doingโฆ
- Responsible for the pricing and product development of annuity products.
- Formulate the long-term annuity product line strategy for existing business and new sales
- Explore and understand reserve and capital impacts
- Provide recommendations for interest crediting for new and renewal rates
- Price/value embedded derivatives and assess hedging implications and costs
What you will need to be successfulโฆ
- FSA Designation
- Previous pricing expereince with annuity products
- Strong modeling software knowledge, MG-ALFA preferred
- Knowledge of investment concepts, including hedging
- 7+ Years of life or annuity actuarial experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
