- Offer technical leadership in the planning, design, installation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Provide expert knowledge on the ServiceNow Platform, specifically in areas like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM.
- Ensure strict adherence to best practices in core system development, security, tuning, and performance optimization.
- Develop knowledge content in alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, fostering self-service and administration capabilities while establishing a train-the-trainer model for support and administration.
- Assume overall responsibility for solution implementation, collaborating with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that result in exceptional user experiences.

- [Required] A minimum of 5 years of IT work experience.
- [Required] At least 5 years of experience in implementing platforms like ServiceNow for ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM modules.
- [Required] A minimum of 3 years of experience with Javascript or equivalent scripting languages.
- [Required] Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- [Required] Capability to produce clean, error-free code that is both easily comprehensible and maintainable.
- Profound understanding of CMDB with alignment to CSDM 4.0.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.
- Application of analytical and critical thinking to ascertain and evaluate user needs, followed by the creation of software solutions that meet these requirements.
- Effective communication skills to provide clear instructions to project teams, explain software functionality to customers, and address any inquiries that may arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills for productive collaboration within the team.
- Efficient identification and resolution of issues during design, testing, and maintenance phases, employing strong problem-solving skills.
Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in MIS or a related field, with the option for an additional 8 years of relevant work experience to substitute for the degree.
- A track record of 5-7 years of experience in development and/or system administration.
- Hands-on experience of at least 3 years in developing and maintaining cloud platform technologies.
Certificates or Licenses:
- Desired certifications in ServiceNow or other low-code/COTS implementations.
