Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in API technical support or software development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
- Familiarity with Web API design standards and API management platforms.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and support night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in API testing, performance optimization, and security mechanisms.
- Customer service experience.
