Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful deal outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Greek is a must.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
