The AVP of Actuarial will work closely with senior management across the business to implement strategies and procedures to improve the firm's profitability and market share in the personal property insurance industry. They will also be responsible for guiding the development, implementation, and execution of goals and objectives for the Actuarial department.
The AVP of actuarial will be responsible for leading both the personal lines pricing and reserving teams, including supervising processes and methodologies, presenting findings and working with external auditors.

- ACAS or FCAS (Preferred)
- BA/BS Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in a management position or supervisory role
- 10+ years of actuarial experience (Preferably in the P&C personal lines space)
