Position Overview:
My client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a solid background in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of data-related concepts within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Create detailed Business Requirements (BRD) and Functional Requirements (FRD) documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to optimize business processes and inform decision-making within the P&C insurance domain.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the P&C insurance industry.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience applying them to insurance projects.
- Proven ability to develop BRDs and FRDs while working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
