About the Role
The Sales Support role will play a key role in supporting the firm's sales efforts while getting hands-on experience with client engagement. This hybrid position balances sales support responsibilities with opportunities to develop your own client panel over time, preparing you for a potential transition into sales or other areas within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage client queries and provide seamless support.
- Maintain and optimise the Salesforce CRM system to ensure efficient operations.
- Attend client meetings to support sales representatives and gain firsthand experience in client engagement.
- Handle ad-hoc RFPs and other sales documentation.
- Build relationships with new clients while maintaining a strong focus on delivering top-notch support to the sales team.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or related role
- Familiarity with RFP processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
