Selby Jennings is partnering with a global alternatives investment manager to help extend their Client Servicing team. The firm currently manages around โฌ10bn in assets and have a long standing presence in the private equity space.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills whilst working alongside the firms sales team to ensure smooth running of the fundraising process as well as ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the firms international, institutional client base is provided with the highest level of service; ensuring their enquiries are answered in a timely manner and to the highest quality
- Manage the client relationship from on boarding through to post sales care
- Work across various time zones including the USA
- Work with both internal teams such as the Investor Relations, Fundraising and Marketing teams as well as external stakeholders such as administrators, tax advisors, banks etc.
- Manage the firms CRM system to an exemplary standard, ensuring investor data remains organised and accurate
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider client service and sales teams on projects and events
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience within a client service role; experience within private equity is advantageous but not essential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in German and English
- Located in/around the Frankfurt area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM system management
