We are seeking an exceptional client service associate to join our client's rapidly expanding APAC Institutional Services group. Our client is a provider of global electronic brokerage services to institutional and professional traders, across a wide variety of products including stocks, ETFs, options, FX, futures, fixed income, funds worldwide.
In this role, you will deliver unparalleled service to the firm's institutional and enterprise clients, which include banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for issues/concerns/escalations for institutional clients.
Serving as a solutions generalist, collaborate globally with internal teams (Legal & Compliance, Trade & Risk, Technical Support, Cashiering, Corporate Action and Clearing) to ensure efficient issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Client Support: Resolve technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
- Issue Management: Take ownership of and escalate/report issues to relevant stakeholders across various departments and regions.
- Client Assistance: Help clients understand the entire trading lifecycle, including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in various assignments and projects such as client outreach, platform training, and general market research.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in one or more asset classes (Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Futures, Fixed Income).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
- At least 3-8+ years of prior experience at a large financial institution.
- Licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A or able to obtain these licenses shortly after onboarding.
- Fluency in productivity applications (e.g., Excel, JIRA/Confluence) is a plus.
