Presently our recruitment team is working with an International Real Estate Investment Manager and they are looking to expand their Commercial Leasing team here in Singapore. The firm is seeking a Manager for their Commercial Real Estate Portfolios.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the team in developing and executing strategies to optimise the rental and occupancy rates.
- Leading and coaching the team in acquiring new leases, identifying market segments, and potential prospects.
- Conducting market research on competitors and rental benchmarks.
- Preparing and reviewing of the annual rental budget and forecast.
- Registered as Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess equivalent Real Estate Salesperson (RES) qualifications.
