We are currently representing one of the pioneers in international blockchain banking in Liechtenstein. Our client is a family business with over 25 years of experience in the industry, with over 200 employees across two continents.
The Candidate
- Completed banking training and/or higher education emphasizing finance, legal, or compliance, or possessing comparable qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance within a bank or government agency.
- Possesses quick comprehension alongside robust systematic and analytical skills.
- Strong team player with effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in current regulations such as SPG, AML, FATCA, and AIA.
- Advantageous to have experience in the realm of virtual assets (TVTG).
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
The Role
- Ensuring thorough due diligence for all customer interactions within the front office.
- Assisting the front office in establishing new business relationships for both individuals and entities domestically and internationally, while ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements.
- Reviewing account managers' activities related to due diligence and taxation, following a four-eye principle approach, encompassing onboarding, regular and event-driven customer reviews, transaction monitoring, and cash transactions.
- Conducting research using tools such as World-Check and adverse media screening.
- Providing support for tasks related to anti-money laundering measures.
- Verifying the delivery and receipt of securities and virtual assets, including conducting chain analysis.
- Participating in the identification and implementation of change processes aimed at optimizing customer onboarding and review procedures.
