A global alternative asset management company providing private equity investment strategies, focusing on the consumer sector in the Asia Pacific region, is looking for a junior to join their Shanghai team. This position will support key fund processes, including industry research, investment opportunity assessment, due diligence, and transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and management.
Responsibilities
-Support industry research and analysis activities
-Build, review, and maintain detailed financial/operational models for existing investment portfolios and potential investments
-Analyze and interpret financial statements; Clearly convey conclusions and insights
-Track M&A activities, organize internal updates, and create transaction presentations
-Prepare regular updates, quarterly operational and valuation reviews for fund investment in sub areas such as dairy products and processed foods
Requirements:
-Master's/MBA preferred, overseas education preferred
-About 2-4 years of FA experience or investment experience
-Proficient in English, PowerPoint, and model skills
-Capable of accurately processing large amounts of data and highly attentive to details
