Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst

This role will have the exposure to make an impact in Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Corporate Development & Strategy Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of M&A
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives
- Financial analysis for different business units within operations, internal controls, audit, strategy, FP&A, Investor Relations, and M&A.
- Assist in developing and executing corporate strategy
- Work on special projects as needed
Corporate Development & Strategy Requirements:
- 1 year of experience within Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong attention to detail
