A leading Investment Bank in NYC is looking to bring on a Director of Liquidity Reporting to their greater Treasury/Liquidity Risk function to support the production and execution of the Liquidity Regulatory Reporting process for FR2052a.
This hire will be responsible for leading the Liquidity Reporting team, and be responsible for the production and regulatory submission of FR2052a, as well as LCR and NSFR reports. This person will have plenty of exposure, and serve as the visionary for strategic initiatives within the group.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ YOE working on Liquidity Risk Reports, and Treasury Analytics at an Investment Bank. The candidate should have in depth knowledge on FR2052a, Liquidity Metrics (LCR/NSFR), and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan for the Liquidity Reporting group, and align them with regulatory frameworks and expectations
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior members on the team, and serve as an expert in Liquidity Metrics and FR2052a requirements
- Expedite FR2052a reporting process and serve as the central point of contact for regulatory requests, work on process automation
- Develop FR2052a reporting framework, ensuring governance and controls are in sound relation to the regulatory frameworks in place
Qualifications:
- 7+ YOE in Liquidity Reporting at another Investment Bank, deep understanding of FR2052a requirements and Liquidity Metrics
- Exposure and understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to Liquidity such as Reg YY
- Excellent communication skills, and experience presenting and working with external regulators
- Ability to lead a team, and provide mentorship
