Responsibilities
- Provide performance assessments, trend analysis, and financial health insights to support portfolio decision-making
- Act as a partner to the COO for firm strategy regarding fundraising, reserves management, capital deployment, etc.
- Build executive summaries of financials and lead presentations to CEO, COO, and the executive committee
- Spearhead process improvement initiatives, including automation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field
- 5 -10 years of experience in Venture Capital, a mixed background of back office experiences preferred
- Expertise in the financial modeling, financial oversight, process improvement, data review, etc.
- Experience supporting portfolio decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
