Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation modeling.
- Generate insightful market research and industry analysis to support transaction strategies.
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate potential deals and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth of the Infrastructure M&A Coverage team through active participation in business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Strong educational background, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous experience (2-4 years) in M&A, investment banking, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure sector dynamics and trends.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
