Global Power Developer and Investment Company - Senior FP&A Expert
Location: Doha, Qatar

Brief Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Establish guidelines based on best practices and trends. Prepare and analyze business plans to align with long-term objectives.
- Budgeting & Investment Analysis: Implement budget development, capital structuring, and investment analysis (e.g., IRR, NPV).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports, including results and forecasts, for stakeholder presentations.
- Performance Assessment: Assess financial performance against strategic goals and KPIs, identifying deviations and areas for improvement. Monitor and report on KPIs.
- Strategic Contribution: Ensure divisional strategy aligns with sectional business plans and other strategies.
- People Management: Lead talent development initiatives to meet business requirements.
- Budget Management: Manage sectional budget preparation and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
- Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement department policies, systems, processes, and controls.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of department reports, meeting company requirements and quality standards.
