Role:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for our FX and Rates products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate client organisations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the FX and Rates sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our FX and Rates products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Work closely with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in FX and Rates sales, with a focus on Chinese corporate clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
