Our Investment Management team is partnering with a Global Real Estate firm that is expanding into the Vietnam market. We are currently seeking a General Director to be based in Ho Chi Minh City for a confidential hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all communications and reporting with the Board of Directors and JV partner.
- Develop business plans and implement leasing and marketing strategies.
- Maximize rental income, occupancy, and profitability while ensuring the right tenant mix.
- Manage the financial aspects of the mall, including approvals for purchases, payments, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through tenant incentive programs.
- Provide strategic guidance to align the mall's direction with business objectives.
- Oversee asset enhancement projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Financial Management, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in leasing and property management, ideally within retail or asset management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and proficiency with numbers are highly preferred.
