Role:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of business banking professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business banking segment, with a focus on deposits and account opening.
- Drive initiatives to attract and retain business clients. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance and expand our business banking offerings.
- Ensure all business banking activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage risks effectively.
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the team. Monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Use insights to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities. In-depth knowledge of business banking products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a digital banking environment. Proficient in using banking software and tools.
