We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Client Relations to join a boutique private markets asset manager in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key clients, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role is pivotal in supporting business growth and maintaining a reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the client relations team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand the client base.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of client presentations, reports, and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Monitor and analyse client feedback to drive continuous improvement in client services.
Organise and manage client events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a client relations or similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective client relations strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on client satisfaction metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
