Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the bank's financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior management and the board to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance roles within private banking or wealth management sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
