Key Responsibilities:
Investment Strategy & Sourcing:
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities in real estate, with a particular focus on Cambodia and Southeast Asia.
- Analyze and assess potential acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment strategy.
- Conduct market research and financial modeling to support investment decisions.
- Negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring favorable terms and risk management.
Fundraising & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive fundraising efforts for real estate investment funds, identifying and cultivating relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, reports, and updates to investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, regulatory authorities, and development partners.
Divestment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement divestment strategies for the real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities to sell, restructure, or redevelop assets.
- Oversee the execution of divestment transactions, ensuring optimal returns and minimizing risks.
Asset Management & Performance Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day asset management of real estate investments, including financial performance monitoring, budgeting, and reporting.
- Implement strategies to enhance the value of assets, including repositioning, leasing, and capital improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of asset management strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing investment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure successful execution of investment and asset management strategies.
