Selby Jennings is a recruitment partner for a Leading Global Quantitative Trading Firm, and the firm has an exciting new opportunity! This company is looking to hire an HR Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join their Corporate Systems team in their office HQ.
The position will be based in the Greater Philadelphia area and require 4 days in-office weekly. Compensation will start at appx $135,000 base and there will be a bonus as well.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between corporate lines of business and manage HR system projects.
- Support technical aspects of HR systems, including proprietary and third-party applications.
- Handle project tasks across the software development lifecycle, including analysis, vendor selection, testing, and integration.
- Improve business processes and analyze HR operations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and create functional specs.
- Translate business requirements into solutions and liaise with internal tech teams.
- Evaluate and implement third-party solutions.
- Manage data interfaces with vendors and internal systems.
- Customize and configure primary HR applications, manage upgrades, and provide user support.
- Ensure data integrity through analysis, cleansing, and validation.
- Administer system security profiles, upgrades, and patches.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues.
- Maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years as a technical business analyst.
- Experience with data integration and vendor feeds.
- Flexibility to handle both technical and non-technical tasks.
- Knowledge of SDLC models.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., iCims, UKG) preferred.
- Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, QlikView, or SSRS a plus.
