They are seeking a HR Manager to join their team and contribute to the development of this platform.
Role Summary:
To supervise and manage all facets of Human Resources practices and procedures within the company, which encompass recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the license renewal process for our group of companies, including handling any modifications pertaining to share transfers or company activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements throughout the management of human resources.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Safely manage and regularly update all HR files with the necessary information.
- Foster effective communication and resolve demands, grievances, or other issues between management and employees.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Support the current and future needs of the business by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
- Cultivate a positive working environment.
- Maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs, implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide management with HR metrics and decision support.
- Introduce the company's culture to newly hired employees.
- Keep the company's licenses and other corporate documents up to date and ensure timely renewal.
- Streamline recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill positions and enhance candidate quality.
- Enhance engagement scores through initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and inclusivity.
- Ensure HR practices align with labor laws, facilitating smooth audits and accurate documentation.
- Proactively address issues to minimize conflicts and enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale.
- Maintain a supportive and approachable environment that encourages employees to discuss and address their concerns.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Possess demonstrated work experience as an HR Manager or in other HR executive roles.
- Display a people-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Showcase a track record of utilizing human resources metrics.
- Possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrate the ability to design strategic plans and exhibit leadership skills.
- Have excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Display competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of labor law.
