Institutional Fundraiser - Sustainable Infrastructure

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join an established firm as the first dedicated fundraising professional, working alongside a highly experienced team. With a strong track record in European infrastructure, the firm is preparing for its next fundraising cycle and is seeking an expert to lead engagement with institutional investors across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for the firm's upcoming infrastructure fund.
- Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, and endowments.
- Leverage the firm's proven track record in sustainable infrastructure to attract long-term capital.
- Work closely with senior leadership to craft compelling investor messaging and market positioning.
- Manage the full fundraising process, from prospecting to closing commitments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in infrastructure fundraising, ideally with European institutional investors.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable and impact-driven infrastructure investments.
- A deep network of LP relationships across Europe and/or globally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - excited to be the first dedicated fundraising hire and build out this function.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
