Position Overview:
The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Investment Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and portfolio management to support our investment decisions. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing their and executing the firms investment strategy, contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies based on thorough research, market analysis, and sector trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for the portfolio management team.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers to develop investment strategies.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and their impact on the sector and portfolio holdings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis, with a focus on long/short strategies.
- Proven expertise in the consumer or industrials sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
