Title: Investment Banking Analyst
Company Summary: I am currently partnered with a Boutique Investment Bank, focused on the technology sector, headquartered in San Francisco, CA looking to add on an Experienced Analyst to their growing team! The Investment Banking Analyst will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the technology space while gaining extensive M&A repetitions. Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Assisting in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
- Sourcing potential clients
- Being a part of client meetings and marketing meetings
- Partaking in research in order to generate new business
- Preparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction related financial models, and more for client meetings
Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- Experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Research, Transaction Advisory, or related M&A Finance field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Experience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel
- Experience in Technology industry preferred
