Job Description: Our client is a NYC boutique Investment Bank that provides M&A Advisory, Capital Raises, and Restructuring services to their clients within the Real Estate and Healthcare spaces. They are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial Investment Banking Analysts to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with 6-12 months of experience in investment banking or a related field, looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution and client advisory services.
- Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 6-12 months of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
