Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and modeling to support transaction processes.

- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the deal lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of valuation techniques and deal processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
