We have a current opportunity for a Junior System Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Hong Kong . For further information about this position please apply.
As a Junior System Engineer, you will:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users
- Manage organization user accounts, network equipment and servers.
- Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
- Support in automating workflow by scripting
- Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology
Required skill set
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related discipline
- You have 1 - 2 years experience in IT industry, fresh graduates are also welcome
- You are passionate about learning new technology
- You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration, troubleshooting, network device and hardware
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
