Job Description
- Diagnose L&OD challenges and requirements, and develop tailored interventions to effectively address them.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of L&OD programs, including assessing organizational needs, formulating and executing learning strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Identify and propose enhancements to organizational structure, operational models, systems, processes, and resource allocation.
- Create and facilitate learning experiences that build skills and capabilities using diverse instructional methodologies.
- Provide comprehensive support for learning and development initiatives, including vendor coordination, program management, participant engagement, and post-program evaluation and administration, such as financial reconciliations.
- Actively manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and Onboarding initiatives.
