Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a strong background in Linux, Python Automation, OpenShift, and Bash/PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry, particularly with low latency configurations. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Linux-based systems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Manage and optimize OpenShift environments.
- Ensure low latency configurations for financial applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a System Engineer in the financial industry.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration.
- Proficiency in Python for automation as well as Bash and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with OpenShift and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of low latency configurations and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Base salary can range from $175k - $225k + a performance-based bonus.
