Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst 3 / Associate 1

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst 3 or Associate 1 to join a leading European Boutique based in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Middle Eastern coverage background who is looking to either relocate from Europe or make a move within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A, capital markets, and other advisory transactions across the Middle East region.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation to support deal structuring.
- Prepare presentations, pitch books, and investment memos for client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and relevant economic factors in the Middle Eastern market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with exposure to Middle Eastern coverage.
- Background: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA or MBA is a plus.
- Relocation: Open to candidates either relocating from Europe or already based within the region.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
