We're seeking an experienced M&A Associate with a background in the technology and software sector. Our client is looking to bring on someone that can assist in building out a team in their Frankfurt location.
Responsibilities
- Assist and lead deal execution from end-to-end
- Maintain and build client relationships through collaboration with internal teams and external clients
- Create and deliver pitches for prospective clients
- Provide training and mentor ship to junior team members
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking M&A, Private Equity or Venture Capital
- Experience across technology or software sector
- Proven track record in end-to-end deal execution
- Fluent in German and English
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
