Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration planning and execution for newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
- Develop and manage integration timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to support seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, HR, IT, and sales, to ensure a comprehensive integration approach.
- Conduct due diligence and identify potential synergies and risks during the acquisition process.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of integration efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and change management initiatives to support employees during the transition period.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on integration progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and engagement among employees of both the acquiring and acquired organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact integration strategies.
The Integration Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on integration management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading integration projects from start to finish in a private equity-backed environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
