Job description
- Study global macro trends and capital market changes to form core views and regular reports
- Participate in the optimization of the major asset allocation framework and produce technical indicators related to the financial market. Candidates with experience in TAA will be given priority;
- Participate in the delivery of the "Investment Advisor" product, including: optimizing PPT design, making short videos and audios, and helping maintain the official account;
- Regularly train frontline colleagues on research results. In the future, you may need to participate in roadshows for client meetings to assist the frontline team in formulating investment recommendations for high net worth clients.
Requirements
- Master degree or above at home or abroad, major in finance, economics or other related fields;
- About 5 years of working experience in macroeconomics, major asset allocation strategy research and other related fields;
- Have strong data/technical indicator analysis, research capabilities and team communication and collaboration capabilities;
- Candidates who can use Bloomberg, Wind and other tools and have relevant programming skills such as statistics and data mining are preferred.
- Have strong stress resistance and adaptability, be able to work independently and bear certain work pressure.
