Job Summary: The Managing Director will be responsible for originating new investment opportunities, running the deal process from start to finish, and managing the deal team at a high level. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in investment management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
- Financial Management: Manage financial resources, including developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial health.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and motivation to senior executives and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
