We are seeking a Medical Economics Manager to manage a team of analysts, providing strategic insights to senior leadership by analyzing healthcare data. This role involves profiling markets, patient bases, and identifying key trends to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of healthcare data (claims, financial, health data) with a focus on Medicare Advantage using SQL Server and Excel.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decisions in the Medicare Advantage space.
- Collaborate with teams to interpret data and align it with business objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and policy research to deliver actionable intelligence on Medicare Advantage trends.
- Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Innovate and optimize data processes and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, with specific expertise in Medicare Advantage analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans, HEDIS, and healthcare data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with complex data sets and collaborating across teams.
