Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and supporting the management of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investments.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal evaluations.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and support portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic planning.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop and implement investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
