Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds.
- Promote and sell solutions including Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS), customised index, thematic baskets etc.
- Collaborate with the structuring and trading teams to understand and communicate the value proposition of QIS products.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the QIS business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Solid experience in solutions sales or client-facing structuring roles.
- Strong understanding of quantitative investment strategies and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software and databases.
