Key Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in the Crypto desk, improving the quant technology stack for systematic trading.
- Design and develop front-office systems for algorithmic trading, encompassing data, risk, live trading, post-trade, and infrastructure.
- Work closely with traders and quants to implement, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
- Integrate with DeFi platforms and incorporate real-time on-chain data feeds.
- Engage in both new projects and the enhancement of the existing advanced tech stack.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards for code quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-10 years of professional experience.
- Strong expertise in C++; Python skills are advantageous.
- Experience in systematic trading is a plus.
- Deep interest in crypto and DeFi.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in code quality and development practices.
- Proficiency in developing real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
- Capability to design high-throughput end-to-end systems.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience with DevOps, CICD, and AWS is beneficial.
