Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Actuarial Analyst to join a dynamic and high-performing team of senior consultants. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with senior leadership to facilitate in-depth analyses, assist in communicating actionable insights, and pull and analyze large datasets to support strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to both operational and strategic projects, working directly with a smaller, tight-knit analytics team.
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior consultants to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyzing large, complex datasets and presenting findings in a clear, understandable manner to various stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development of reports and presentations that influence business decisions.
- Leveraging advanced actuarial techniques and tools to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Contributing to strategic discussions, offering actuarial expertise to shape key business decisions.
Qualifications:
- ASA designation required.
- A minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience, preferably within analytics-driven environments.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools.
- Proven ability to work independently while being highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to strategic projects and decision-making processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
