Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive actuarial analyses, including pricing, reserving, and risk assessment for various P&C insurance products.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial insights and recommendations on product development, underwriting, and claims management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior actuarial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure my client remains at the forefront of the P&C insurance industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 exams completed towards ACAS designation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in actuarial analysis within the P&C insurance industry.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and tools such as SAS, R, Python, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
