This firm operates at a high speed and is in the process of growing its teams. Presently, they are in the search for a Treasury Operations Associate. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and accurately process payments, reconciling them with invoices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts as needed, and monitor daily cash balances.
- Maintain precise cash flow forecasts and initiate fund transfers while reconciling bank statements.
- Upload payment files to banking platforms, monitor their progress, and troubleshoot any online banking issues.
- Analyze and negotiate bank fees to minimize costs, tracking banking-related expenses for projects.
- Coordinate the issuance and management of letters of credit, adhering to documentation requirements.
- Facilitate online banking activities, including user management, templates setup, and access controls.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing cash management systems and participate in their implementation.
- Ensure adherence to payment regulations, legal requirements, and financial management principles.
The ideal candidate for this role should ideally possess 2-5 years of experience in treasury, treasury operations, or a similar capacity. They should have a solid grasp of financial management principles and a good understanding of cash management practices. Additionally, proficiency in utilizing treasury management systems and online banking platforms would be advantageous.
