Title: Senior Claims Liability Adjuster

My client, a reputable insurance company, is seeking a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to join their team across multiple locations. As a key member of the liability claims team, you will focus on commercial lines. The organization is expanding rapidly and aims to continue this growth into early 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess policy terms and coverage to resolve liability issues and prepare necessary legal documents.
- Investigate claims, gather evidence, and determine reserves for potential exposure.
- Document and report claims activities while staying updated on regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate and settle claims through various methods, including mediation and arbitration.
- Manage defense counsel and other third parties involved in claims, seeking risk transfer opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of commercial liability claims experience.
- Maintain necessary state licenses.
- Proven record of success in negotiation & investigation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
