Key Responsabilities:
- Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a highly qualified team, providing coaching, regular feedback, and fostering a positive team spirit.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the face to the client and subject matter expert in risk management, including enterprise-wide risk management, ICAAP, stress testing, and credit processes.
- Exceptional Client Service: Provide exceptional client service by handling regulatory requirements, accounting methodologies (e.g., IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss Methodologies), and credit risk quantification techniques.
- Innovative Solutions: Handle regulatory requirements, accounting methodologies (e.g., IFRS 9), and credit risk quantification techniques.
- Business Development: Stay informed about current trends, prepare offers, and develop business cases independently.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, law, or related fields.
- Experience: Extensive experience in capital markets, risk management, credit, or related areas within banks, consultancies, or auditing firms.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills in German with the ability to present confidently to clients.
- Personality: Open-minded, curious, and committed to building long-term, partnership-based relationships with clients.
