Job Title: Senior ERM Analyst

Job Description:
My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ERM Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, predictive analytics, and risk management. This role requires a professional who is proficient in actuarial modeling, generating risk calculations, and statistical analysis using insurance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct actuarial modeling and generate risk calculations.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze insurance data.
- Collaborate with various departments including Reserving, IFRS, Ceded Re, Actuarial, Finance, Business Development, Data Analytics, and Internal Audit.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and models.
- Contribute to data warehousing initiatives and enhance data management processes.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- ACAS designation is preferred; other relevant designations such as CAT Model actuarial designation or predictive analytics are also valuable.
- Strong knowledge of reserving practices.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, VBA, and R is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, and R.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong data warehousing and data management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with reserving
- Familiarity with risk management policy models.
- Strong background in actuarial science and predictive analytics.
