The candidate:
- Knowledge of A-IRB and IFRS9 models
- At least 10 years of experience in Credit Risk Modelling and Management in Financial institutions
- Fluency in German and in English
- University degree in relevant fields
- Network in the Financial Sector of Switzerland
- Familiarity with current market practices, industry trends, and regulations (CRD, CRR, EBA)
- Ambitious, strategic, excellent communication skills, and leadership skills
The responsibilities
- Providing expert advice, independently executing and managing large projects
- Mentoring, coaching, and steering other project members and other less experienced colleagues in your area of expertise
- Contributing to the development of the growth of the business in the Swiss market
